Architects Laertis Antonios Ando Vassiliou and Pantelis Kampouropoulos, who formed OPA Works together, envisioned the building concept as a “poetic homage（致敬） to pure Brutalism.” The roof-top pool（屋顶泳池） (at ground level) and underground walls help insulate（隔热） the building and keep it cool.
