Iran and a group of six nations reached a historic accord on Tuesday to limit Tehran´s nuclear ability for more than a decade in returning for lifting international oil and financial sanctions. The deal culminates 20 months of negotiations on the agreement. Iran´s President Hassan Rouhani said that the Iranian people´s "prayers have come true." China has played a uniquely constructive role in the nuclear deal, according to Chinese foreign Minister Wang Yi. "It is also turning a new page of Iran´s relationship with the other parties," Wang said.
